Rude behaviour is not tolerated in any form hence we reserve the right to terminate transmission and refuse service in this case.

The displayed Item Price may include discounts, promotions, and price reductions at the sole discretion of High THC UK. At checkout, the combined Item Price of goods and accessories is the subtotal of an order shown in your cart.

No Refund policy
Our products are non-refundable under any circumstances. Due to privacy reasons, we cannot accept returns at this stage of the business.

Replacement policy
If the customer chooses tracked delivery, and if your order has been stopped/lost, we will provide a replacement free of charge. If the tracked delivery status is “delivered” and the customer claims it has not been received, we choose to trust the courier provider. At that stage, no refund/replacement would be issued.
If a customer chooses to use untraceable delivery – no replacement will be provided under any circumstances.
